Nourishing Communities, One Family at a Time
In response to rising living costs and ongoing economic hardships, a nationwide initiative was launched to distribute dry rations and essential food items to vulnerable families across multiple districts in Sri Lanka.
This humanitarian project aims to alleviate the burden faced by low-income households, plantation communities, daily wage earners, and single-parent families, ensuring that no one is left behind in times of crisis.
From the Northern and Eastern provinces to the hill country and rural villages, food packs containing rice, dhal, flour, sugar, canned goods, and other daily essentials were distributed with care and dignity.
This islandwide effort is part of a larger mission to combat hunger, promote social welfare, and foster a spirit of solidarity and compassion among communities.
